UNNI APPAM
Bahan-bahannya:

500 gm tepung beras
-
500 gm gula melaka / gula merah
-
4 biji pisang (dilenyek)
-
1 sudu jintan manis
-
1 biji kelapa (dipotong halus)

Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara membuatnya:

Cairkan gula merah dengan air panas. Setelah cair, biarkan gula tersebut sejuk.

Kemudian, tapis gula dan masukkan tepung beras, serbuk jintan, pisang dan kelapa. Kacaukan adunan tersebut.

Panaskan kuali (kuali berlubang bulat khas untuk memasak unni appam).

Tuang minyak. Biarkan kuali panas.

Kemudian, tuang adunan tiga suku penuh ke dalam kuali. Bila separuh masak, terbalikkan appam.

Setelah masak, keluarkan appam dari kuali.
